Seeking a self-motivated person to join our awesome team. This position is for our front office as a receptionist. Must be dependable, outgoing, able to communicate well with others, make patients feel comfortable, and help answer any questions they may have. Must be a team-player.
Must be reliable and able to work the following schedule: 3pm-7pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and one Saturday every month. More hours available if needed. We would work out that schedule if more hours are needed.

Responsibilities
Make confirmation calls for hygiene patients
Answer phones
Check-out patients
Go over treatment plans with patients
Make financial arrangements
Collect payments
Schedule patients for treatment
Check-in patients
Help front office team members, if needed
Qualifications:
Dependable
Dental experience preferred
Dentrix experience preferred
Team player
Self-motivated
Able to communicate well with others
Comfortable making calls to schedule patients
