SalaryPart time receptionist for busy dermatology office in Draper, UT. Must be friendly and have a fairly flexible schedule. Approximately 2-3 days per week. 14-16$ per hour to start depending on experience. This part-time job does not offer benefits including health insurance. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries
- Transcribe and proofread documents as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the office staff
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, clerk, or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical or dental office health records is a plus
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
