Front Desk Receptionist

***Overview***

We are seeking a highly organized and guest-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our club, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest services and ensuring smooth operations at the Front Desk.

***Duties***

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individuals

- Manage incoming check-ins, deliveries and packages

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area- Schedule reservations and communicate with proper departments

- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

***Skills***

- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint)

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks

- Previous experience as a receptionist or Front Desk clerk is required

Front Desk Receptionist would work Monday- Friday 8am-4pm April through December with option of returning for the following season.
