Front Desk Receptionist

Duties:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with special projects as assigned

Skills:

- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail for proofreading and transcribing information accurately
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and other computerized systems
- Previous experience in a medical office or as a medical receptionist is preferred
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries or complaints in a professional manner

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
