Storage Star Self-Storage is seeking a highly ambitious, career-oriented professional to work full-time assisting in operating and selling units in our busy self-storage facilities in Sonoma and Napa.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations at the storage facility, provide stellar customer service which includes inquiries throughout the entire rental process, and interact with prospective and existing storage customers, manage payments and bank deposits, use and navigate through property management software, follow up with customers and keep the office clean and presentable.
- General property maintenance includes cleaning space(s) as vacated, hallways, and grounds as needed. Makes regular assessments of the condition of the property and resolves maintenance and cleaning issues.
- Work with company vendors who will be frequenting the property (maintenance, repair, property improvements).
Requirements:
- Outstanding people and customer service skills
- Strong sales experience or have the mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Highly organized
- General office and telephone skills
- Computer literate
- Effective communicator
Storage experience a plus but not required.
Candidates being considered will be required to submit to a background check, credit check, and DMV record check.
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales Experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
License: Current and valid driver's License (Required)
Transportation: Reliable vehicle (Required)

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
