SalaryWe are looking for a parttime receptionist with potential of full time in the future.
We would be doing training for 2-4 week's to get you comfortable in your roll.
Here is a brief description of the job:
- Checking patients in/out
- Scheduling appointments for patients that walk-in/call during business hours.
- Take care of patient referrals
- Attach patient records that are faxed to our office
- Occasionally pull insurance prior to patients visit
- Process contact lens orders
- Send out appointment reminders for digital paperwork
The hours for this roll would be:
Monday, Wednesday,Friday's: 8am-12pm
Tuesday & Thursday's: 1pm-5pm.
ONE MANDATORY SATURDAY PER MONTH.
*Hours on Saturday would be 7:50am-1pm*
There is potential for more hours as we need coverage for other employee's time off so being flexible is REQUIRED!
- Knowledge of EMR is preferred for use of our software system.
