We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. This is a fast-paced, demanding position that involves registering, scheduling, and answering phones. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a medical/dental office performing similar duties. We are looking for individuals who are quick thinkers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, text messages, and faxes from patients and provider offices.
- Register all new patients and update existing patient's information, as necessary.
- Schedule patients for consults and ensure all necessary documentation is received in time for appointments.
- Communicate scheduling delays to both the patient and clinical staff.
- Communicate emergency changes in the schedule to the surgeon or the patient as necessary.
- Function as the information hub for the practice.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
