Title: Business Analyst - Hybrid Description: Business Analyst Qualifications: This contingent worker will be reconciling invoices for Administrative Services and submitting end of month accruals. This worker will be working closely with internal stakeholders to compile accruals for AS at the end of the month. Working closely with vendors for correct invoice and purchase order submissions and working closely with local finance to answer their questions. Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to think independently Communicating with internal stakeholders including executives, technical resources, internal communications and public relations Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills Strong relationship building skills Please list the top 3 hard skills: Basic Accounting Principles (1 to 2 years) Ariba and or Workday platform knowledge preferred (1 to 2 years) Proficient in Excel and Outlook (1 to 2 years) Notes: Hybrid - expectation will be 2 days a week onsite (Tuesday and Thursday). 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mon - Fri Total Reg Hours: 40.00 Lunch Time: 1 Hour Mandatory skills: Ariba, Workday platform, Excel, Outlook, Administrative Services, invoice, purchase order, VIVA USA is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a professional working environment that is free from discrimination and unlawful harassment.
