Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, proofreading, and transcribing documents

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
