SalaryElite cannabis dispensary in Ventura is looking for Front Desk reception staff.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, organizational skills, computer skills, ability to check in customers and multitask, answer phone calls and collect email and cellphone data.
Candidates must have at least one year experience in customer service and knowledge in cannabis products is preferred.
She/He must be over 21 years old and high school graduated.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
