Spa Front Desk Assistant
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the organization and its services
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars as well as coordinate staff schedules
- Assist with administrative tasks such as account receivable, filing, data entry, and end of day daily balance
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and Spa, ongoing general housekeeping
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and interact with fellow coworkers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous Spa experience a big Plus! Management opportunity.
