Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments
- Provide information to patients regarding office policies, procedures, and services
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Collect and process payments from patients
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
Skills:
- MUST BE EAGLESOFT PROCIENT.
-Clerical skills for managing paperwork and office tasks
- Knowledge of dental office procedures (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills to maintain schedules and records
- Accurate data entry skills for updating patient information
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and forms
- Proficiency in order entry for managing supplies and inventory
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Office management skills to ensure smooth operations of the Front Desk
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with patients in a professional manner

Pay: $17.91 - $25.00 per hour
