Greet all visitors and answer incoming calls in a pleasant and proper manner with a welcoming tone and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Keep personnel offices in a straightened and clean condition.
Maintain a confidential setting and assure that documents are in appropriate areas.
Completes documentation (paper and automated system.)
Assist with filing of timesheets or documentation as required or requested.
Review Timesheets for accurate services.
Prepares letters and other correspondence as directed.
Assemble mailings and send them in a timely manner.
Verifies time records with schedules
Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
Respects the confidentiality of information in client and employee records.
Shares information in accordance with agency policy.
Protects documents in a manner that prevents unauthorized access.
Performs job in compliance with agency policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Reliable with a respect to confidentiality.
- Valid state driver’s license and reliable automobile with current automobile insurance.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to work for extended periods of time while standing.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
