Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Manage the Front Desk area and ensure it is clean and organized.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Maintain a log of visitors, deliveries, and other activities at the Front Desk.
- Process payments and provide receipts to customers.
- Receive packages from courier at the front office.
- Resourceful and proactive
