Carolina TotalCare is dedicated to providing comprehensive, natural state-of-the-art healthcare to our patients. Our integrated team of multi-specialty providers follows a patient-centered approach to optimize health and function. We believe in treating the whole body as an integrated system and offer a range of services, including chiropractic care, spinal decompression, weight loss, class 4 laser treatment, a specialized neuropathy program, nutrition, and home therapies. As part of our team, you'll be part of a family-focused practice that is driven by the values of excellence, empathy, and respect.
WORK SCHEDULE:
You'll be on the front lines of our healthcare hub for 4.5 days per week, from Monday to Thursday, with extended hours from 8:30 AM to 6:15 PM. Fridays offer a shorter day, wrapping up at noon.
A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST:
As a Front Desk Receptionist at Carolina TotalCare, your days will be dynamic and filled with purpose. Picture yourself seamlessly answering phones, responding to texts and emails with joy, and efficiently checking patients in and out. Your role involves much more than administrative tasks; you'll be the warm face welcoming new patients, managing their scheduling needs, and ensuring our office flows harmoniously. From collaborating with our providers to running internal marketing and engaging with social media, each day offers a new opportunity to make a difference.
WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office
- Outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
Additional schooling or certifications are preferred. Front Desk experience in a Chiropractic, Medical, or Dental Office is extremely helpful.
