What to expect: The Front Desk Salon Coordinator position is fun, fast paced and is one of the most important positions in the company. The Front Desk coordinators are the face of the company as they are the first person the client hears on the phone, the first person the client sees when they come in, and the last person they speak to when they leave. This position includes excellent customer service, in person and over the phone customer contact, making appointments, check ins, check outs, make-up sales, retail sales and coordinating the flow of the salons.
*This position has potential to turn into a leadership role for high performers.*
Schedule Needs: Must be available to work day, evening shifts and weekends.
Highland Park: Sundays & Mondays > Closed. Tuesdays > 8AM-8:15PM. Wednesdays > 12:45PM-8:15PM. Thursdays > 8AM-4PM. Fridays 7AM-3PM. Saturdays 8AM-4PM.
Glenview: Sundays & Mondays > Closed. Tuesdays > 8AM-8PM. Wednesdays > 1PM-8:30PM. Thursdays > 8AM-8:15PM. Fridays 10AM-5:30PM. Saturdays 8AM-5PM.
