Job description

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the Front Desk area
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Perform data entry tasks to update patient records and maintain accurate information
- Assist with administrative duties such as proofreading documents and transcribing notes
- Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and organized
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations of the office

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a doctor's office or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficient in typing and data entry with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic administrative tasks
