SalaryUltimate Escape Day Spa is looking for a Part Time/ Full Time spa coordinator/receptionist to join our team. This position also comes with the potential to grow into an Assistant Manager Position within 6 months.
Salon or Spa experience is a must!
Must be available to work some evenings and weekends!
Must excel in the following:
Computer and phone skills, Multi-tasking, Communication, Professionalism, Customer service, Organization and task management, and Strong sales skills
Day-to-day tasks include:
Checking clients in/out, answering phone calls, booking appointments, answering detailed client questions about products/services.
Ensuring clients feel welcome and have the best experience possible with us, offering water/hot tea upon arrival, taking them to their locker room to change and get ready for their services.
Ensure the Front Desk/lounge areas remain clean, organized and always ready to greet guests.
Answer the phone in a manner which provides exceptional professionalism and customer service to every caller.
Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments in a timely manner and with accuracy
Place timely confirmation calls to ensure every guest has a reminder for their appointments.
Verify and collect guest payments, ensuring all procedures are followed to protect sensitive guest information, including identity and credit card information.
Ensure all linens are washed and stored in accordance with the Kansas Board of Cosmetology standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
