We are looking to add team members to the Front Desk staff for morning shifts. We are looking for an individual that is looking to being part of the company for a long period of time. Must be able to work on the weekends and holidays.
The following is required to apply for this position:

As a Front Desk Receptionist for the morning and grave positions, responsibilities are the following but not limited to:
-Welcoming guests, checking them in, distributing room keys, and explaining the hotel’s amenities/policies
-Managing reservations made online, by phone, by email, and in person
-Processing guests' payments by debit/credit card, cash, and managing deposits
-Answering phones, answering emails, giving directions, and answering questions about the local area.
-Assisting guests with any complaints
-Light Cleaning/ Daily to do list
-Disinfecting/ Sanitizing per health department guidelines (CDC)
-Room checks
-Property Check
-Printing daily reports
-Checking guests out
-Property check
