We are seeking highly motivated candidates in the Aiken County, South Carolina area for a growing law practice. Experience is required. Must have exceptional communication and organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently within a group and individually. Job duties include (but are not limited to)
- Greeting and assisting clients and visitors
- Answering and routing phone calls on a multi-line telephone system
- Scheduling appointments and managing attorneys calendar
- Handling inquiries and providing information
- Managing mail and deliveries
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel. Must be able to work onsite and remotely. Must have experience working in an office setting.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

- Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
