- We are looking for someone who will have a major impact on our practice and clients and is looking for a long-term position for an office that continues to evolve and grow.
- Candidate MUST speak SPANISH.
- Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
- Performed reception duties, greeted clients at the front door, obtained mail and distributed it to Case Managers and ordered office supplies.
- Working closely with Case Managers and administrators to facilitate daily operations.
- Exceptional attendance record with special attention to punctuality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
