Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for creating an excellent experience for our clients and patients. You are the primary point of contact and communication between the Clinic/Spa and our clients, including in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and text messages.  Every interaction you have with a client lifts them and strengthens our relationship.  

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients and patients when they arrive and help them feel at home
  
• Ensure that all emails, text messages, and phone calls are handled in a timely manner and that all communications reflect and reinforce our high-end luxury brand
• Coordinate appointment schedules to maximize staff productivity and client experience
• Facilitate smooth client transitions from check-in to visits with service providers and back again for checkout
• Perform various clerical and administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, scanning, organizing, cleaning, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Professionalism, warmth, cheerfulness
  
• Strong sense of teamwork, dependability, and honesty
• Discretion & confidentiality to respect our patients and comply with HIPAA laws
• Demonstrated ability to learn and use various software and technology tools
• 10+ years of experience as receptionist, customer service, or related work experience
  
• Physical requirements: ability to sit for long periods of time, standing, walking, lifting & carrying up to 25 lbs
