Job duties include but are not limited to answering telephones, booking appointments and making recommendations for additional treatments, checking emails, data entry, and assisting spa guests checking in/out, plus other administrative and customer service duties as assigned. Some light cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming reception area, etc. Occasional social media posts/digital marketing assignments to promote spa treatments, events, and merchandise.
An ideal candidate will have a ladylike demeanor, previous customer service or administrative experience, strong computer and telephone etiquette skills, an eye for detail and the ability to multitask. Scheduling experience is helpful but not required. On the job training will be provided.
Must be 18 years of age or older. Availability to work on Saturdays is required.

Sun/Mon Closed
Tue 10am - 6pm
Wed 9am - 6pm
Thur 9am - 6pm
Fri 9am - 7pm
Sat 9am - 4pm
Full business day shifts are NOT required. A paper application for employment must be completed prior to face to face interview to begin the consideration process for this position. Openings for 20 - 30+ hours per week. Availability through the summer is preferred.
