INH Property Management is a rapidly growing full-service real estate company that excels in property management and real estate development for multifamily apartment communities. INH Properties has been in business for over 40 years and currently manages 6,500+ units across Minnesota and Iowa.

INH Property Management is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be, organized, communicates well, and practices excellent time management skills. In addition, because you’ll be the initial contact for customers and clients, have excellent customer service skills, and be a problem-solver.

This position is benefit eligible and qualifies for PTO from the first day you start.

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

· Granting access to the building

· Answer and transfer incoming calls

· Greet visitors; establish and determine purpose of visit

· Update property list

· Submit rental verifications

· Keep a current record of staff members' whereabouts and availability

· Collect, sort, distribute mail, and deliveries

· Order office supplies

Qualifications:

· Proficient in Microsoft Suite

· Customer Service

· Dependable

· Multitasking and time management skills

Previous knowledge/experience preferred, but certainly not required:

· Yardi Voyager

Starting Salary: $16-$20
