Front Desk Receptionist
Overview
Silver Creek Retirement is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our community in St. Augustine, FL. The Receptionist will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Duties include answering and directing phone calls, greeting residents and visitors, maintaining filing systems, and other duties as assigned. Candidates should have a strong ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment.
Essential Functions:
·Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel.
·Answer and forward incoming calls in a professional manner.
·Maintain accurate filing systems.
·Maintain office security by following all safety procedures and making sure that visitors are not able to enter the building without authorization.
·Respond to emergency situations; provide information, assist in solving problems and follow up as necessary.
·Prepare all types of correspondence, reports, and presentations.
·Maintain inventory of office supplies and maintain inventory control. Ordering new supplies when needed.
·Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.15 - $18.24 per hour
Schedule:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
