Procure-to-Pay Analyst - Accounts Payable

What’s the position?

We are looking for a team member to join our accounting department to assist with processing invoices and expense reports. He/she will serve as a primary liaison with various departments, partner entities, and vendors to ensure that the invoicing and expense reporting processes are completed accurately and timely in accordance with Company policies and procedures. The Procure-to-Pay Analyst will also assist users with Netsuite system navigation for invoices, expense reports, and answer any related T&E and expense report policy questions.

What will you do?

• Match purchasing documents with invoices and highlight any discrepancies with agreements.
• Maintain updated records of invoices and vendors.
• Process expense reports and verify validity of receipts and approvals.
• Build vendor and internal relationships.
• Work with departments and vendors to ensure invoices are processed and approved timely.
• Update vendor information records as appropriate including tax status.
• Partner with reconciliation team to resolve open and/or aged items as related to Accounts Payable.
• Create journal vouchers as needed.
• Work with the accounting teams at Hard Rock Digital and other Hard Rock entities to ensure all intercompany invoices are paid.
• Set up vendor payment batches to send to Treasury team to process via ACH.
• Develop, implement, and maintain written procedures and policies.
• May audit and reconcile company purchasing cards monthly and ensure all charges are coded to the correct GL accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

• Associate degree or equivalent experience as an Accounts Payable staff member.
• 3+ years of experience using an ERP to process invoices, expense reports, and payments.
• Proficiency in Netsuite and/or Concur highly desired.
• Competency with Excel to include creating pivot tables and using common financial formulas.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Must possess good analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting, while balancing multiple projects at any given time.
• Knowledge of common T&E policies.
• Background in publicly traded and/or organizations with high volumes of transactions preferred.
• Experience in a gaming or e-commerce company is a big plus.
