SalaryFront Desk Receptionist needed for physical therapy office located in Westford, MA (www.prosportstherapy.net). Duties include the following:
- Assists clients with scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.
- Answer multi-line phones, either directing the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs directly.
- Must posses basic computer skill set.
- Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient’s arrival.
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and insurance information.
- Protects patient's rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and insurance information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
