Front Desk Receptionist

Mulberry Health is accepting applications for a part-time Receptionist position that include evenings and weekends. The Receptionist is responsible for answering the telephone, typing correspondences, greeting visitors and providing general office support.

Essential Functions:

• Type correspondences and provide clerical assistance.
• Handle petty cash and keep record of the same.
• Act as receptionist of the office.
• To place, answer, and refer telephone calls.
• To ensure that office is clean, neat and well-organized at all times.
• Receive and distribute incoming mail and to process outgoing mail.
• Reproduce documents on copying machines.
• Maintain sound customer service practices and principles.

Education and Qualifications:

Must be a high school graduate and demonstrate basic secretarial skills that include: the ability to read, write, make simple calculations, type, telephone etiquette and effectively interact with the public.
