Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the office
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Enter client information accurately into the system
- Assist with billing and processing
- Maintain client records and confidentiality
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and filing

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading
- Familiarity with phone systems and experience handling multiple lines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
