Job Duties/Description:
- Provide high quality customer service
- Greet incoming visitors
- Responsible for incoming phone calls, answer general questions and direct call to appropriate departments or contact
- Respond to internal and external communications via phone, email, and chat
- Receive and distribute daily incoming mail and packages
- Assist with product shipping and name badge creation for various events
- Assist various departments with miscellaneous projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Post secondary education preferred
- 2+ years experience in customer service, receptionist or similar experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing and able to accurately respond to inquiries and requests
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience Fonteva preferred but not required
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
Additional Info:
- Pay range: $19-21/hour
- Schedule: M-F 8:30a-5p
- Location: 100% Onsite
