Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Our Front Desk Representative will have the luxury of having an experienced and highly trained team of dentists, dental assistants and management. Position Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, friendly, and understanding of patient needs.
Effectively enter in patient information including personal information, health history, and insurance information.
Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy of patient work flow.
Work alongside dentists, dental assistants, and staff management to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Ensure that the dental practice remains a safe and clean environment for both patients and staff.
Ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures.
Consistent and reliable attendance for all scheduled shifts.
Ensure all paperwork is completed and maintained with confidentially to ensure patient privacy standards.
Preferred Experience:
One year Dental Front Desk experienced preferred.
Knowledge of how to obtain insurance breakdowns/eligibility by telephone, websites, and portals and enter information correctly into dental software.
Job Types: Full-time.
