Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for counselors
- Office supply stocking
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
-Send and process client paperwork that is required for appointments
-Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
-Data entry
-Obtain client billing and financial information
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) or similar software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
We offer competitive pay based on experience. Starting pay is subject to reevaluation after probationary period.
