Front Desk/ Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with office management tasks such as inventory management and supply ordering
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office and reception area

Skills:
- Previous experience in an body and collision center preferred
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
