As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Provide information and assistance to clients, customers, and visitors
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an office is preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems for scheduling, data entry, and document management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
