Diagnostic Center is seeking a detail-oriented medical receptionist to help us plan, organize and handle various administrative tasks.
Tasks include (but not limited to):
- Accurately maintaining and compiling the information in medical records and electronic charts
- Answer telephones, take messages, and/or transfer calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing email and faxes
- Prepare memos
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Assist with patient intake and appointment check-in
- Other duties as assigned
As a medical receptionist, you must be able to multitask, be highly organized and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Your goal will be to make sure all our administrative procedures are fulfilled in an accurate and timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- Bilingual, English/Spanish
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
