We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Russian/ Spanish speaking is a plus.
```Responsibilities```
- Providing world class and personalized sevice to all guests by providing a warm and friendly welcome to all clients visiting the spa.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to visitors and callers about our products, services, and promotions
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Process payments and operate the cash register when necessary
```Experience```
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Multilingual skills are beneficial
