Seeking a medical receptionist preferably with prior experience that loves working as a team and providing excellent customer service to our patients at every visit! If no prior experience in healthcare be sure to let us know why you think you would be a great fit and able to learn quickly!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
· Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
· Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
· Assist with order entry and inventory management
· Provide administrative support to the team as needed
· Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Required Skills:
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
· Previous experience with EMR's as a medical admin in a healthcare office setting is preferred
· Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
· Proficient in using Excel and other office software applications
· Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus*
