Front Desk Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant

We are a busy Gynecology office looking to hire someone Full time to work the Front Desk/reception area. Urgently Hiring

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Meeting, greeting, and directing patients
• Answering and triaging telephone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Insurance verification
• Preparation of forms

Requirements:

• Minimum High school degree or GED required
• Computer knowledge and skills required
• Customer-focused communication skills (verbal/written) required
• Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail required
• 1-2 years of related medical experience required
• EMR/EHR skills required (Eclinicalworks knowledge a plus)
• Ability to work well with others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
