SalaryCome join our team! Main Line Dermatology is a very busy dermatology office with two locations in Wayne and West Chester. We are seeking individuals with at least 2 years medical office experience. Computer skills are required. Must be reliable, pleasant, and have a positive work ethic. Full time with rotating hours which will include an occasional evening and Saturday.

Duties of the position include:
- Ability to adhere to rotating hours
- Booking appointments, reviewing and maintaining schedules for 7 providers
- Courteous patient relations including front desk check in and out
- Handling high volume of calls
- Verifying patient’s insurance benefits and referral status
- Collecting patient cosmetic deposits, copays and outstanding balances
- Ringing up cosmetic sales
- Daily reconciliation of receipts
- Maintenance of HIPAA confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
