We are looking for a full time Front Desk Receptionist position available beginning in December in busy Greensburg doctor’s office. Applicant must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings and/or late afternoons. Duties include answering and transferring phone calls, scheduling and registering patients, collecting copays, verifying insurance coverage and assisting in normal office activities. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Knowledge of basic computer software, and the ability to learn billing software and electronic medical records required.
Must have at least 1 year experience in a Front Desk position.
Covid vaccine or medical exception documentation required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
