Salary- Welcomes clients and visitors by greeting them either in person or by telephone
- Assists potential clients by screening inquiry type and routing calls to appropriate legal assistant(s) on a multi-line phone system
- Maintains reception area cleanliness and monitors potential security risks
- Contributes to firm mission by completing clerical and other duties as requested
- Distribute and oversee incoming and outgoing mail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
