Front Desk Clerk

The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for taking reservations, greeting and registering guests and providing outstanding guest service during their stay and at check in and check out.

· Greets and registers guests

· Makes guest reservations and answers inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and travel directions

· Properly deals with guest requests and concerns

· Answers and routes calls as appropriate

· Responsible for cash drawer contents and guest transactions during shift

· Run daily reports, identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy

· Ensures common area/lobby is clean

· Can work any shift, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
