SalaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licensed Real Estate Assistant to join our team. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Real Estate agents. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in the Real Estate industry to gain valuable experience and grow their career.
Responsibilities: Assist Real Estate agent with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications, coordinate and schedule property showings, show homes, assist in the preparation of marketing materials across multiple social media platforms, provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and record keeping, excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively, bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required, sales experience or knowledge of sales techniques is beneficial, strong social media marketing skills. Must have an active Texas Real Estate License!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,800.00 per month
