SalaryVida Integrated Health is actively seeking TwoFront Desk Coordinators, to be part of our great team at our Vida Kirkland clinic!
The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, be hard-working, and be energetic. Experience in the front office or hospitality is preferred. Experience in the healthcare field and general knowledge of health insurance is a great advantage, but not required.
Schedule:
- Position #1: Tuesday - Saturday (Tues-Fri 9:30 am - 6:30 pm, Sat 7:30 am - 2:30 pm)
- Position #2: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

$19 - $23 hourly
Responsibilities:- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Check patients in and out, and schedule appointments in person and by phone.
- Answer phones and make calls.
- Collect payments, copays, deductibles, and inquire about previous balances.
- Explain insurance coverage to patients in a clear concise way.
- Prepare new records, files, and maintain records.
- Assist with projects, administrative tasks, and any other clinic task as assigned to support the team.
- Keep the front area neat and tidy at all times.
- Ability to multitask – answer the phone, check in and schedule patients, and respond to internal messages.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently to complete and execute tasks, and the ability to work with others as a team as well as be able to learn quickly from oral and written instructions.
- Strong customer service skills, verbal communication, and professionalism.
- Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Teams).
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds – able to take out trash/shred container.
- Experience in a fast-paced administrative role is a plus!
