Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator

Children's Dentistry is looking for a full time Receptionist! Be part of a fun team and a fun environment!

**EXPERIENCE IN THE DENTAL FIELD IS REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION**

Reception day to day duties:

• Welcomes patients and visitors to the practice in person or on the telephone.
• Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data.
• Ensure office is scheduled to goal with confirmed patients achieving established patient show rate.
• Verify insurance, checking benefits for patients that are scheduled.
• Confirm appointments that are scheduled in the upcoming days.
• Collect payments
• Performs routine secretarial and administrative work in answering telephones, welcoming patients into the practice, scheduling, providing customer assistance, data processing, and maintains records and accounts.
• Open & close office according to office procedures/protocol.

This is a Monday-Thursday 7:30AM-4:00PM position.

Pay: $16.50 - $21.00 per hour
