Au Courant Salon & The DEN is an established upscale salon with seasoned professionals in a family and service-oriented environment. We like to have fun and make people look fabulous! References required in addition to experience in the service and beauty industry.
The following are expectations for our Front Desk Coordinator position:
- Culture: Manage and uphold our salon service culture and protocols
- People Management: Manage, train, and lead our support team relative to our salon expectations including scheduling and Front Desk coverage
- Representative of the salon: Present yourself in a polished & professional manner
- Customer Service & Phone Etiquette: Greet, welcome & communicate timely and positively
- Client Scheduling: Client scheduling accountability; accuracy, education, designer communication and standing appointments
- Organization: Maintain Front Desk systems and our best POS practices
- PO/Inventory accountability: Accuracy in ordering, receiving and reconciling, maintain and update the salon vendor contact list
- Aesthetics: Maintain a clean, safe and organized salon environment

Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Weekly day range:
- Tuesday to Friday
- Weekend availability on Saturday only when needed
