Maintain the Safety and Security of the inner and outer lobbies while being friendly, knowledgeable and courteous to residents, guests and others.
The Desk Clerk, or Concierge, is essentially the face of the company. Desk Clerks are the first to greet people or residents when they come to the Towers. It’s very important that Desk Clerks are polite, courteous, friendly and dressed properly. Desk Clerks provide many services (i.e., mailman, operator, traffic controller, housekeeper, etc.).
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Be available for work various days and hours.
Have full working knowledge of all camera, computer and fire safety systems.
Maintain accurate records regarding package deliveries both in and out.
Assist with maintaining accurate records of residents.
Stop and challenge unknown persons entering the building. Greet known residents in a friendly and courteous manner.
Answer telephones and provide service as required.
Input work orders as required.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Monitor Security Cameras and report to Security as required.
Maintain supplies, such as shopping carts, luggage cards and other essential items.
Ensure the fire alarm panel is operating and report trouble alarms to Engineering.
Be able to report for work as scheduled and on time.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
