Front Desk Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant

We are seeking an energetic, people-loving Front Desk Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate must be an organized self-starter, efficient, self-motivated and work well with computer, phone and scanning systems in a high volume setting. This team member will be an integral part in maintaining an inviting environment. Your smiling face is so important, our patients are highly valued and we have chosen a position to serve them to the best of our ability daily.

Requirements and Duties (most listed here, but not all):

• Must love people and have a friendly disposition
• Greet patients, answer phones and transfer calls when necessary
• Schedule, cancel and reschedule appointments for chiropractic, rehab, and massage patients
• Have an excellent attendance record
• Experience in healthcare a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Computer knowledge, proficiency in Mac/Apple programs and devices a plus.
• Must be able to work some nights and weekends - this is not negotiable.
• High school diploma required; AA degree or higher a plus

This position is estimated to be between 25-35 hours per week with paid vacation, sick days, and holidays. Starting compensation is dependent upon experience.
