Front Desk Clerk

Bilingual in Spanish and English is required; Capable of interpreting for Spanish speaking consultations; Capable of working in a fast-paced environment; Experience with a multi-line phone is preferred but not required; Written and verbal skills; Ability to think logically; Outgoing and looking forward to working as part of a team; Very organized, with high attention to detail; Reliable transportation; Trustworthy, exercising confidentiality in all situations; Dedication and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Strong multi-tasking skills; Must be able to lift 25 lbs.;

Responsibilities:

• Manage and run the Front Desk.
• Answering phones throughout the day, while scheduling appointments and greeting clients.
• Preparing Conference rooms for consultations, appointments and scheduled case matters.
• Opening and Closing files.
• Drafting, reviewing and mailing documents.
• Making follow up and confirmation of appointment calls.
• Copying and Faxing documents.
• Restocking and maintaining the supply room.

Job Type: Full-time
