Responsibilities for the position include:
- Answering a multi-line phone system;
- Greeting and directing patients;
- Check-in / out patients;
- Dispensing of contact lenses;
- Insurance verification;
- Make appointments by phone/email.
Requirements:
- Previous Front Desk experience required;
- Need someone who has a strong commitment to customer service;
- Able to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
